Key Responsibilities
Design and implement onboarding and continuous training programs for the sales team
Develop and maintain sales playbooks and manage CRM tools to optimize sales processes
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effective training across customer-facing roles
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales operations, or a related field
Strong experience with sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
Proven track record in developing training programs and sales enablement content
Deep understanding of the sales process and competitive dynamics in a B2B or healthcare context
Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
