We're looking for a Controlling Energy Marshal to join our team and help drive excellence across data center construction campuses.

🌟 About the Role

This is a quality assurance and supervisory position focused on ensuring vendors and contractors meet or exceed rigorous energy isolation and electrical safety standards. Youll be the go-to authority for implementing, auditing, and improving energy isolation programs across large-scale construction projects.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assure compliance with Energy Isolation and Electrical Safety Programs
• Implement SPS-101 and SPS-102 standards across campus operations
• Lead audits, inspections, and assurance processes to close safety gaps
• Review SoWs, MOPs, commissioning scripts, and ensure all energy sources are identified
• Establish centralized LOTO systems and verify personnel qualifications and PPE
• Act as an independent authority to stop unsafe work practices
• Liaise with operations to mitigate impact on live data center environments
• Support incident investigations, technical training, and process improvements
• Participate in weekly HRA / JHA meetings, project reviews, and vendor coordination
