The Position :

ISC Engineering is looking for a Piping Designer with a wide variety of abilities that complements ISC’s culture of integrity.

This person should understand piping and equipment layout and design concepts, must be able to read and understand P&IDs, must understand and be able to create piping documentation such as isometrics, orthometrics, P&IDs, field sketches and other piping documentation that meet appropriate specifications and are in compliance with company and client policies and procedures.

Applicants should have the ability to :

• Create 3d piping models of piping systems.
• Know and perform work in Plant 3D and AutoCad.
• Understand general industry standards.
• Perform field work. (sketching, job walks, etc.)
• Execution of project work per client standards.
• Create, prepare, and check full piping packages based on specifications and engineering standards.
• Have great communication skills with peers and upper management.
• Complete work in a timely manner based on project needs.
• Have an understanding of working with other disciplines. (Electrical / Instrumentation, Civil / Structural and Process)
