Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Change Lead to join their team!

What you will do?

  • Support the implementation of change management strategies for larger or complex projects.
  • Independently lead or support change initiatives, ensuring effective adoption and alignment to overall transformation goals.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments, providing insights and recommendations to the Change Manager and project leadership.
  • Facilitate change management workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training to build understanding and engagement across impacted groups.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives using established metrics, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Partner cross-functionally with project, HR, and IT teams to ensure alignment between people, process, and technology in transformation initiatives.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Strong project management skills, including experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create structured change management plans aligned with business goals and transformation priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Adapts plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
  • Anticipates future needs and resource requirements.
  • Promotes efficiency and continuous improvement through process optimization.
  • Formulates and evaluates multiple solutions to achieve results.

  • Prioritizes projects and resources effectively to align with strategic goals.
  • Manages projects through execution, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and departmental or business plans; receives direction from manager as needed.
  • Communicating & Influencing Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, capable of leading group discussions and training sessions effectively.
  • Fosters collaboration and engagement across teams, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Asks thoughtful questions to challenge assumptions and reach alignment.
  • Keeps stakeholders well informed on project progress and impacts.
  • Actively solicits feedback and adjusts strategies to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Anticipates and interprets stakeholder or customer needs to identify practical, actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence through credibility, logic, and partnership rather than authority.
  • What is required?

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related discipline with demonstrated project leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to design and execute change strategies, manage multiple initiatives, and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in transformation or process improvement environments preferred.

  • We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $67,670.00 - $98,125.00 USD annually for full time employees.
