Contract- 04 months contract with higher extension possibilities
Shift- Mon-Fri 9 : 00-6 : 00, Sat-Sun 9 : 00-1630

Position Summary
\tThe MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner provides evidence-based primary and family care in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team.\tThe provider will manage a panel of patients and deliver comprehensive health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and care planning.\tThis role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to support patients across a variety of primary care needs.Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
\tDeliver evidence-based primary and family care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health issues.\tPerform routine patient examinations and oversee appointment workflows to ensure positive health outcomes.\tConduct and interpret diagnostic tests necessary for evaluating illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.\tProvide patient education on healthy lifestyle choices, preventive care, and wellness strategies.\tManage chronic conditions and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive, integrated care plans.\tEncourage patient engagement through services such as health screenings, behavioral wellness support, and chronic disease management.Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
\tExecute clinic opening and closing procedures, complete inventory management, and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.\tPerform administrative tasks including patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and accurate electronic documentation.\tManage patient flow efficiently and support clinic operations through strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.\tAssist in maintaining compliance with quality standards and internal protocols.Required Qualifications
\tMaster’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.\tCurrent National Board Certification as an FNP.\tActive state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of employment.\tMinimum 1 year of recent primary care experience in a family medicine or primary care setting preferred.\tProficiency in information management systems and electronic health records (EHR).\tKnowledge of quality measures related to chronic disease management.\tStrong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.\tAbility to work independently without direct supervision while collaborating effectively with a clinical care team.\tWillingness to obtain multi-state licensure as needed.\tStrong initiative, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and patient advocacy.Apidel Technologies Job ID #API3849.
