Essential Functions :

• Manages incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintains CHHA Schedule
• Conducts comprehensive client intakes
• Ensures timely and accurate data entry of client information
• Schedules CHHA team members for both on and off campus clients / residents
• Review agreements with clients and obtain signatures
