We are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP, Corporate Controller, to lead global accounting and financial operations. This executive will ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements, establish robust internal controls, and drive process improvements. The role is instrumental in scaling operations and ideal candidates have deep technical expertise and experience in high-growth, life sciences, or technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive SOX 404(a) and 404(b) readiness, collaborating across the company to ensure compliance.
• Oversee documentation and periodic review of accounting policies and SOPs, ensuring they are communicated and followed.
• Implement robust controls to document significant management decisions and technical accounting matters.

Qualifications

The base salary range for this full-time position is $293,000 - $315,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
