Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst - Blue Yonder Category Management

The Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst - Blue Yonder Category Management will play a key role in supporting, developing, and optimizing our Enterprise Application portfolio, with a primary focus on Space Management solutions powered by Blue Yonder. This position is responsible for delivering functional application support, configuring systems, and implementing new processes to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements through collaboration with users, peers, external partners, and leadership. The analyst will identify and recommend effective solutions that align with business objectives. Additionally, the role involves creating detailed reports, queries, business cases, and presentations to support informed decision-making. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently while engaging regularly with cross-functional teams and receiving strategic guidance from leadership. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and support the Blue Yonder Category Knowledge Base (CKB) suite and related modules.
• Perform routine updates and minor upgrades to ensure system stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize operational impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams (e.g., Citrix, Desktop Virtualization, Database Administration) to resolve system challenges and enhance performance.
• Partner with business teams to address issues related to Blue Yonder infrastructure, architecture, and environments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Blue Yonder technologies, providing technical guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stay current on Blue Yonder advancements and assess their potential impact on the existing environment.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection standards.
• Manage internal technical communications and support ticket resolution processes.
