- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.
We welcome applications from both experienced, fully licensed SLPs seeking a flexible role and qualified candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Key Responsibilities :Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for patients.Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes.Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.Provide education and training on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.Participate in patient care conferences.Qualifications :Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Experienced SLPs :Must hold a valid CA State License.CFY Applicants :Must possess temporary CA licensure and commit to supervision and mentorship provided by the facility.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; team player mentality required.Ready to make an impact?
