Job description

We are hiring a

  • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

We welcome applications from both experienced, fully licensed SLPs seeking a flexible role and qualified candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for patients.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and training on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in patient care conferences.
  • Qualifications :
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experienced SLPs :
  • Must hold a valid CA State License.
  • CFY Applicants :
  • Must possess temporary CA licensure and commit to supervision and mentorship provided by the facility.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; team player mentality required.
