Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage client relationships within the Greater Georgia and North Alabama territories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial roofing sales, an existing client portfolio, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
• Conduct site visits to assess roofing needs and provide tailored solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field

Established client base within the designated territory

Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and applications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
