Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapy services tailored to each resident’s needs and aligned with the facility's standards of care.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate residents’ functional status and create personalized therapy plans

Deliver occupational therapy treatments to enhance residents’ daily living and functional skills

Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and others to ensure coordinated care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation for evaluations, treatment plans, and progress

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and assist with discharge planning as needed

Qualifications :

Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the State of Pennsylvania

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

CPR certification (preferred)
