Job Summary

As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in delivering individualized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

Utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive care.

Providing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

Coordinating resident assessments and education, along with various nursing interventions.

Serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.

Ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria :

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred).

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).

Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Ability to maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
