Role Description :

• "QA Automation Lead : For automation developers you can derive from below
• Candidate must have good expertise in Selenium, Java and Databases.
• Candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium and Java.
• Candidate must have good expertise in using automation test framework and should be a Java expert.
• Experience in using tools such as Maven, Eclipse / IntelliJ , Jira, Insomnia / Postman, SQL Developer etc.
• Candidate must have good expertise in setting up CICD pipeline and experience in git and git branching strategies
• .Experience in API test automation (good to have) Designing, implementing and stabilizing automation tests and taking corrective actions.
• Participate in defining scope, methodologies and tooling for Quality Engineering practices.
• Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.
• Develop automated tests and test cases to ensure good test coverage of the features / user stories.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities for in-sprint, regression and release testing.
• Be an advocate for shift-left and automation first approach.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, business systems analyst and product manager) to identify, clarify product requirements.
• Participate in scrum and agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with team leaders and architects to discuss, design and implement quality processes and practices.
• Be an advocate for shift-left and automation first approach."
