Implementation Consultant - Library Software

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Clarivate. In this position you will play a key role in the delivery and support of Innovative and Ex Libris Resource Sharing products for libraries around the world!

This position is a multi-functional role, where you will have the opportunity to develop ongoing relationships with our customers in support of our industry leading systems like Rapido, RapidILL, and INN-Reach. Your responsibilities will include customer consultation and requirement analysis, system configuration, data analysis, project coordination, and support for post-implementation issues. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

Hours of Work

This is a full time, permanent position with core business hours in your time zone with the flexibility to support global clients in other time zones as needed.

This position is hybrid with 2-3 days on site located at any of our US offices.
