The ideal candidate will diagnose, educate, and initiate treatment in an outpatient clinic setting, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to promote health and prevent disease. Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and initiate treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Provide consultations to other clinic providers as needed.
• Supervise and support advanced practice professionals.
• Participate in after-hours call coverage to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with internal and community providers to deliver integrated primary care services.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
