Job description

Call Center Representative Location : Brooklyn, NY Work hours / shift timings : 8hrs / day, Monday to Friday / 8 : 00-4 : 30 pm Possible change in shift later on 12 : 00 pm – 8 : 30 pm or 11 : 30 am -8 : 00 pm Saturday 8 : 00 am-4 : 30 pm Duration – 12+ months We’re looking for a dependable and tech-savvy Call Center Executive to support the FDNY operations team in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to callers Log and track service requests in ServiceNow Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution Use Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting Stay organized and efficient while handling multiple priorities Required Skills 2–3 years of call center or customer service experience Excellent multitasking and communication skills Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Knowledge of ServiceNow preferred Strong Microsoft Office and typing skills Tech-savvy and a quick learner PruTech abides by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a), and 60-741.5(a).
