Salary : $65,000-$85,000
Job Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Associate Designer to support our Design team across all private label business or licensed. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for color and print, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create detailed technical sketches and CADs using Adobe Illustrator
- Prepare comprehensive tech packs for production
- Uploading information to factories using our PLM system
- Participate in fittings and track sample corrections
- Support the team in maintaining organized and up-to-date design files and documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams and manage clerical tasks related to design and development
- Work with color and print selection with a strong understanding of trend relevance
- Apply knowledge of garment construction to ensure accurate design execution
- Assist in trend research and mood boards
