Position Overview :

  • You will work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates for various positions within the company.
  • This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruiting process and develop essential skills in sourcing and candidate outreach.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various channels and platforms to identify potential candidates for open positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Market Research :

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and talent landscapes to contribute valuable insights to the recruitment strategy.
  • Resume Review and Screening :

  • Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates for further consideration.
  • Candidate Outreach :

  • Engage with potential candidates through email, social media, and other communication channels to create a positive candidate experience.
  • Data Management :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and contribute ideas for improving the overall recruitment process.
  • Qualifications :

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Strong interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and sourcing tools is a plus.
