Overview We are a rapidly growing, Boston-based medical technology company using AI to enable clinicians to make informed decisions on cardiovascular care. Our mission is to prevent heart attacks and strokes. As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll shape the user experience for cardiovascular visualization solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive interfaces that balance clinical needs with business priorities.
Responsibilities Lead the design of user interfaces for SaMD (software-as-a-medical-device) or Medical Imaging applications, ensuring seamless, compliant, and meaningful insights for physicians and patients.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate product visions into usable designs and iterative improvements.
Plan and conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize findings into actionable design decisions.
Apply design thinking and research to deliver user-friendly, efficient solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications 5+ years of design experience in the MedTech space.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with regulatory considerations and documentation to support regulatory submissions; familiarity with Formative / Summative Usability Testing.
Proficiency with product design and agile tools (e.g., Figma or similar, Jira, Confluence).
Work Location This role is based in our Boston, MA office. We operate in a hybrid model with regular in-office days Monday and Wednesday.
We support a flexible hybrid environment. Boston-area employees are encouraged to work from the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, with additional days optional. Fully remote employees outside the Boston area come in as needed.
