Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in Boston. Ideal candidates will have a strong hospice and home health background.

Responsibilities :

Deliver quality hospice care in patients' homes.

Complete documentation using HCHB and OASIS, with same

day submission.

Manage a caseload of 20

25 cases weekly.

Attend weekly in

person office meetings.

Be flexible to float as needed.

Schedule :

13

week contract, 40 hours / week.

Monday to Friday, 8 am

5 pm.

Possible weekend work; no on

call or overtime.

Qualifications :

Active RN License and BLS Certification.

2+ years of hospice experience.

Proficient in HCHB / OASIS, with Oasis E experience post

January 2023.

Efficient caseload management skills.
