The Company is in search of a dynamic Corporate Tax Operations Leader to manage all operational tax activities for its U.S. group entities. This leadership position is essential for ensuring tax compliance and accurate financial reporting for income taxes across multiple frameworks, while integrating advanced tax technologies. Key responsibilities will include :

  • Leading cross-functional teams and influencing finance, executive, and regulatory groups.

  • A solid background in tax with a particular focus on U.S. group entities.
  • Experience in tax compliance and financial reporting for income taxes under various frameworks.
  • A proven track record of implementing and enhancing tax technologies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work alongside executive, legal, and financial functions.
  • A deep understanding of global tax strategies, Pillar II readiness, and M&A due diligence.
