Our firm is renowned for top-notch customer service, and it's what separates us from the rest! Our Entry Level Client Relations team focuses on doing what's best for our clients and their customers, creating solutions that will leave a permanent and impression.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting customers within retail environments, determining their unique needs and presenting appropriate products that will increase customer satisfaction, on behalf of our clients
- Scheduling consultations for our clients
- Attending training meetings, both in person and virtual
- Provide assistance to sales team and generate new leads and new customer acquisitions.
