Responsibilities :

The Consultant will support Barrow Wise's federal government projects and perform the following duties :

• Perform assessments of agencies' operations, structure, resources, and technology
• Provide consultative sessions with various stakeholders; identify key areas of need
• Perform research against best practices and identify gaps
• Design future state solutions
• Develop change and implementation plans
• Create roadmaps and customer journey maps
• Prepare and present reports
