Inside Technical Sales Representative

We are a leader in our markets resulting in a very positive and exciting future. The primary responsibilities and minimum qualifications are listed below.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Responds to customer inquiries from a variety of formats including phone, e-mail, live chat, Freshdesk, etc.
• Responds to technical inquiries from a variety of venues including call center calls, direct call, e-mail, etc.
• Assists sales and customer service in resolving technical issues including direct calls, conference calls, and other guidance.
• Assists / Conducts trainings at Draper for customers & internal Draper personnel.
• Create product and freight quotes as needed and requests for drawings.
• Processes orders including taking e-mail orders; accurately writes up / enters basic orders; checks orders for correctness; and processes "hot date" orders when necessary.
• Keeps abreast of competitive environment as well as maintains thorough knowledge of Draper product.
• Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
