Job description
A company is looking for a Quality Program Strategist II to oversee quality improvement programs and analyze business issues.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations for HEDIS gap closure and performance assessments
Leverage data analysis to provide strategic recommendations for performance improvements
Develop support resources and tools for HEDIS, CAHPS, and HOS initiatives to enhance member and provider experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
4+ years of clinical experience in managed care or health insurance
2+ years of quality experience preferred
Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
CPHQ certification preferred
