Job description

Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information. We seek a resourceful team player with a positive, professional attitude to join our team. You will work closely with Outside Sales Representatives, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery teams to support the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive rapport with customers, delivering world-class service.
  • Utilize exemplary customer service skills, analytics, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgments using computer skills.
  • Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid driver's license required if operating a company vehicle.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
  • Construction experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in inside sales or account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Dynamics.

    • Work Environment

    This position is 100% onsite in Tukwila, working in an office setting. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and perform physical activities such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and standing. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with less than 10% local travel required.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, Washington.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
