Job descriptionApplying adhesives, sealants, and industrial coatings . Installing automotive closures such as doors, hoods, and fenders . Operate hand tools, power tools, and production machinery safely and effectively. Follow detailed blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions to meet production quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area . Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Previous experience in assembly, general labor, production, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred but not required. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment . Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed. Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and following safety protocols . Dependable, punctual, and open to overtime and weekend work . Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential. Competitive hourly pay with overtime available. Consistent schedule and steady weekly hours. Hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, and automotive production . Full benefits package upon hire, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plans .
Schedule : Monday–Friday 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM | Saturdays 6 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM | Some Sundays as needed
