Job Summary : Assists customers with their deli food purchases, cooking / serving food for deli items to be purchased, and bagging / coding those items if necessary.

Morning Shift : 6pm-2pm Rate : $11-$12

Evening Shift : 2pm-10pm Rate : $11-$12

Overnight Shift : 10pm-6am Rate : $12-$13

Description of Major Job Tasks : This description is not all-inclusive and is only intended to list major job tasks that can change per management decision.

• Prep and cook for per the daily menu and customer food orders
• Clean prep and cooking area per Health Dept. Regulations
• Assist in stocking condiments for cooking & inventory counts
• Assist in daily deliveries of prep food and / or condiments
• Maintain and filter grease fryers
• Pull cases of food from freezer for next day cooking
• General floor sweeping and mopping
• Remove / replace grease or oil from drip pans as needed daily
• Clean deli case to meet Health Dept. Regulations
• Bag and code food for purchase
