Job descriptionWe are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and support our high-performance production team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This key leadership position upholds a safety-first culture, emphasizes continuous improvement, and exemplifies servant leadership to foster an engaged, motivated workforce. As a Finishing Production Supervisor - 2nd shift , you will be the first line leader to support team members within your area / zone. You will be responsible for coordinating safe and efficient day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is safe and successful. Bachelor’s degree in business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations is preferred. Proven history of ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset. 1-3 years of experience in a high volume, fast-paced Manufacturing environment. Previous Manufacturing Supervision experience would be preferred. Must be self-driven and ambitious with proven leadership capabilities, including providing coaching, mentoring and supervision within a team environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel). Bachelor's (Preferred) High volume, fast-paced Manufacturing Environment : 3 years (Preferred) Supervisory Role in Manufacturing Environment : 3 years (Preferred) Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel) : 3 years (Preferred)

- 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 3 : 00pm to 1 : 00am. There may be occasional Overtime required on Fridays from 1 : 00pm-9 : 00pm.
