Job descriptionAll Units : Registered Nurse (RN), with Authorization to Practice in the State of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required with ninety (90) days of start date Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) Certification required within six (6) months of start date Breastfeeding Education : Texas 10 Step required within ninety (90) days of start date Basic Breastfeeding Class required within one (1) year of start date Advanced Breastfeeding Class required within one (2) year of start date Labor and Delivery (in addition to the above) Required within one (1) year of start date Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification Basic Fetal Monitoring Advanced Fetal Monitoring Mother and Baby / Women's Health (in addition to the above) Required within one (1) year of start date Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification NICU (in addition to the above) STABLE Certification required within one (1) year of start date Pediatrics (in addition to the above) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within one (1) year of start date Relevant national certification Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) Certification for relevant units

- Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited program of nursing
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Master's degree in nursing Experience :

- Two (2) or more years of experience in nursing
