Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer interactions as needed to ensure satisfaction and closure of issues.
- Escalate issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone presence.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.Familiarity with CRM systems and office software is an advantage.Benefits
