The Job Cost Accountant we need is an accurate and expert accounting or administrative professional who can help property owners put their lives together after a traumatic event such as a fire or flood. If you can perform well in stressful situations, have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and have serious attention to detail you've come to the right place. As a Job Cost Accountant, you will be working with property owners and the office staff to ensure that all jobs are costed properly, accurately, and follow the guidelines. You will be practicing continuous improvement every day as you establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow team members!

Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of job costing
• Maintain various accounting, computer and financial records
• Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
• Establish a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
• Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments
