Burgess is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about marketing strategy, content creation, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials across multiple platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with company strategies and sales goals.
- Manage content and engagement across social media channels.
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns and mass mailings.
- Design brochures and sales tools to support business development.
- Support public relations initiatives to promote the Burgess brand.
- Write and distribute press releases, white papers, newsletters, and blog content.
- Administer customer surveys and analyze feedback for actionable insights.
- Plan and manage conference exhibits and tradeshow logistics.
- Maintain and update the company website; monitor and report web analytics.
- Organize client award programs and appreciation events.
- Track and manage the departments marketing budget and expenses.
- Perform general administrative duties (copying, scanning, emailing, etc.).
- Comply with company policies and take on other duties as assigned.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).3+ years of experience in a marketing role is required.Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.Occasional movement around the office.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.Ability to kneel, stoop, or crouch as needed.Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
