Overview

We are a growing home care organization seeking an Intake Supervisor to lead our referral and onboarding team. This role ensures patients are admitted quickly and smoothly while building strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and insurers.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor Intake Coordinators.

Oversee referrals, assessments, and insurance verifications.

Resolve patient, referral, and insurance issues.

Monitor team productivity, compliance, and reporting.

Improve workflows and support referral growth.

Qualifications

2–3 years in intake, case management, or healthcare admin (home care preferred).

Supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Compassionate, professional communicator.
