Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) to manage and onboard subscription products / offers across various back-end systems. As a pivotal team member, you will delineate offer specifications, build project plans, and facilitate cross-functional communication while utilizing your in-depth understanding of the subscription lifecycle and agile methodologies. Your role involves configuring complex subscription offers and ensuring coherent collaboration among product management, engineering, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft detailed specifications that encompass all aspects of subscription offers.
• Identify and engage with necessary systems to define and create offers.
• Construct, oversee, and adjust project plans and schedules, incorporating milestones and change requests.
• Lead and streamline communications across multiple teams, ensuring effective cooperation.
• Analyze critical paths and dependencies for product / offer launch, initiating and guiding discussions among project teams.
