Salary : $70 per hour with yearly 2.5% to 5% increase depending on performance

We provide holistic psychological and counseling services and empower clients, through knowledge-based treatment, to understand, improve, and maintain their behavioral and mental health. Our practice provides mental health services to adolescents, adults, and couples. We are looking to add one LCPC clinician to our staff.

Requirements

• Graduated with a Masters degree in counseling or related field
• Licensed in the state of Illinois as LCPC
• Experience or interest in working with individuals across the lifespan and couples
• Diversity affirming
• Trauma-informed clinical work interest
• Compliance with and knowledge of HIPAA and ethical guidelines
• Able to implement and follow through with practice systems and guidelines
• Dynamic, ethical, collaborative, self-starter, organized, and professional
• Able to effectively communicate, receive constructive feedback, and work autonomously
• Ability to work 25 to 30 hours per week
• Willing to supervise and be available to supervisees
• Bilingual or Multilingual (Preferred)
• Eager to grow with practice in leadership role
• Personal secure computer with secure and reliable home internet
• Home location in Chicago, IL
