VoIP Engineer

A company is looking for a VoIP Engineer who will lead VoIP platform development and ensure high availability of voice services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade VoIP systems and manage carrier integrations

Perform advanced troubleshooting and act as L3 escalation point for voice quality issues

Develop automation scripts and participate in on-call rotations for VoIP service support

Required Qualifications

3+ years managing large-scale VoIP infrastructures for enterprises or carriers

Deep knowledge of SIP / RTP / SRTP protocols and VoIP-related Linux administration

Experience in troubleshooting using packet captures and SIP / media analysis

Solid understanding of regional telecom regulations and compliance requirements

Strong experience in technical documentation and managing multiple projects
