Schedule : Full-Time Part-Time or Per Diem

Setting : Clinic-Based with Limited Telehealth

Therapist-Centered Pay & Benefits

W2 employment with an hourly compensation structure including :

Separate pay rates for treatment vs. documentation and admin

Productivity-based bonuses

Weekly direct deposit

Compensation :

Full-time salary range : $65000$115000 / year

Part-time range : $55000$75000 / year

What Youll Do

Provide engaging play-based 1 : 1 pediatric occupational therapy

Conduct evaluations re-evaluations and individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with caregivers physical therapists speech-language pathologists and assistants

Provide caregiver education and home strategies to support carryover

Document sessions and evaluations within a user-friendly EMR

Bring creativity and a fun child-centered approach to each session

Qualifications

Occupational Therapy degree and active (or eligible) California OT license

Minimum of two years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome

Pediatric and / or sensory integration experience is a plus

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Passion for working with children and families

Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus but not required

Clinical Performance Benchmarks

Support children in achieving 80% or more of their therapy goals

Maintain 95% or higher family satisfaction ratings

Submit 100% of required billable hours

Complete daily notes within 24 hours

Submit evaluations and re-evaluations within 4872 hours
