Responsibilities :
Handle inbound leads (phone, Internet) and direct to appropriate contactContact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyaltyDevelop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referralsWork with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniquesResearch and stay current in consumer and industry trendsCommunicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employeesOutstanding Customer ServiceQualifications :
Business Development Center Agent experience is requiredE-Leads experience is preferredSuperior communication and customer service skillsExcellent follow-through skillsSolid working knowledge of the InternetFamiliarity with automotive financingMaintaining a positive, can-do attitudeHigh School Diploma or equivalentAll applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include : background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employmentGroup 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 company, is a leading operator of automotive dealerships and collision centers across the United States and United Kingdom.
