Corporate Paralegal (New York)

Entrepreneurial real estate private equity firm is an experienced paralegal to support their legal team on affordable housing transactions, HUD loans, tax-exempt bonds, due diligence, pre and post closing processes, and more. Work with a team of highly skilled paralegals and attorneys, all of which have Am Law backgrounds.

What Youll Do

Youll support all aspects of the deal cycle, including :

Managing entity formation

Coordinating due diligence

Communicating updates to attorneys and stakeholders

Preparing signature page packets and coordinating execution across parties

Attending deal closings and supporting post-closing processes

Coordinate with external parties and vendors to finalize deliverables

Conducting legal and factual research

What's Required

• 5+ years of experience as a corporate or commercial real estate paralegal, preferably with a major law firm
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
• Experience coordinating complex deal closings across multiple stakeholders (whether corporate or real estate transactions)
