At ACME Real Estate , I’m looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to help me run the creative engine of a boutique, design-obsessed real estate brand. This isn’t a “post once a week and call it a day” role. This is a hands-on, idea-driven, let’s-build-something-beautiful-and-effective role.

You’ll be creating content that speaks to design-conscious buyers, curious sellers, and people who care deeply about how things look and why they matter. You’ll work alongside passionate, knowledgeable agents who know their stuff and value authenticity over fluff. If storytelling, aesthetics, and strategy light you up — you’re in the right place.

Compensation : $50,000

Responsibilities :

• Create and publish on-brand content for Instagram, email, and listing marketing
• Edit short-form video (Reels, Stories) and design clean, elevated graphics
• Write smart, human copy that speaks to design-conscious buyers and sellers
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (visuals, voice, tone)
• Manage a simple, effective content calendar and marketing workflows
• Organize assets, templates, and marketing materials for easy reuse
• Anticipate upcoming marketing needs (listings, events, launches)
• Track basic performance metrics and adjust content accordingly
• Collaborate closely with the broker / owner as a creative partner
• Write MLS listing descriptions
