PlumberPipe Fitter Instructor (Commercial Construction)

Location : Largo, FL.

Pay : $75,000 $110,000 per year (based on experience)

Were seeking a Commercial Construction PlumbingPiping Instructor to join our National Training Division and help deliver industry-leading education to apprentices and technicians nationwide. Youll play a vital role in hands-on, classroom, and lab instructionguiding future tradespeople to meet the high standards of quality and professionalism that define Comfort Systems USA.

What Youll Do

Teach and mentor students in commercial and industrial plumbing and piping installation, layout, and code compliance

Deliver engaging, hands-on and classroom training aligned with NCCER standards

Ensure a safe, productive, and inclusive learning environment

Assist with curriculum development and training material updates

Collaborate with training leaders nationwide to elevate instruction and program excellence

What You Bring

57 years of commercial or industrial plumbing / piping experience (minimum)

Journeyman or Master Plumbers License preferred

NCCER Instructor Certification highly preferred (training support available)

Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills

A genuine passion for teaching, safety, and advancing the skilled trades
