Equipment Scheduler

We are hiring an Equipment Scheduler in Miami, FL- a role which will help us power progress for our customers.
What you'll do :
- You will be based out of Aggreko's Miami Service Center
- Responsible for the selection of the most appropriate equipment that fulfills the needs of the customer utilizing our technological resources
- Collaborating with customer service representatives, Sales, and technicians in allocation of the fleet to the job
- Partner with all other schedulers (Transport, fuel, rehire, and Workforce) for the successful completion of the projects
- Produce relevant performance monitoring data regarding On Time in Full and transport recoveries
- Ensure compliance with Aggreko procedures and strict adherence to Aggreko's QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) policies and practices
You'll have the following skills and experience :
Bachelor's degree in a related field and / or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational trainingExperienced supply chain and logistics professionalWell organized and can meet deadlines, performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environmentStrong analytical skill with an attention to detail and executionPower user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Teams, and other software programsBring your energy.
