Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by assembling title packages, searching for tax documentation or performing other research related to escrow and title closings.### ### Job Responsibilities

• Conducts title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity, that require research and investigation
• Work may be done in an office, title plant or remotely traveling to court houses, municipalities and other government entities to perform the searches
• Primarily focused on residential transactions
• Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
• Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
• Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
• Uses basic communication skills to address internal and / or external clients and / or team members
• Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management Education
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred Experience

Pay Range & Benefits $32,240.00 - $53,744.08 AnnuallyThe base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company.
