Local payl : $38 / HR

travel Pay : $1840 / week gross based and up to 40hrs / week

Requirements :

• Must be certified / Licensed as a LPN
• BLS / CPR certified
• Must work every other weekend.
• Immunization Report - Flu shot / TB Report / Physical Report
• 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
