Position Overview

The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and planning functions for the organization. This role aims to ensure that the company adheres to all tax regulations, minimizes tax liabilities, and optimizes tax strategies. The Senior Tax Manager will also lead a team of tax professionals and collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review the preparation of income tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize cash flow.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors during tax audits and assessments.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess the potential impacts on the organization.
• Prepare and present comprehensive tax reports to senior management and stakeholders.
