Role : Intake Coordinator (Part-Time)

As an Intake Coordinator , youll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. Youll manage patient referrals, coordinate infusion services, support pharmacists, and serve as a key link between patients, providers, and payors.

Responsibilities include :

Coordinating infusion & nursing services

Accurately entering demographics, insurance, and physician info into our system

Managing referral logs & admission packets

Verifying insurance & securing authorizations

Documenting communication with patients, caregivers, and providers
