What we offer

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $80,000-$90,000, plus a yearly bonus potential of up to $15,000 / yr (paid out quarterly). In addition, our Area Coaches are eligible to participate in our deferred profit-sharing program of up to $24,000 / yr .
