Job descriptionServe as a key advisor to the Chief Compliance Officer on clinical compliance and infection control matters. Collaborate with other departments to integrate compliance and infection control into all aspects of operations. Develop, implement, and maintain clinical compliance and infection prevention programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Certification in Infection Control (CIC) and / or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical compliance and infection prevention and control. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and influence staff at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
